Telementalhealth Therapist

Established group practice operating for more than 17 years  in rural frontier Idaho is searching for Quality Telementalhealth Clinicians to provide Evidence Based treatments in Individual, Family and Couples Therapy and  Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessments and treatment plans for clients of all ages from the comfort of their preferred location. 

A to Z Counseling in Orofino, Idaho has a steady flow of consistent referrals. The Region 2 Rural Crisis Center for Clearwater County is located at our agency,  and we work collaboratively with the local hospital and clinics  as well as the schools to meet community needs.  A good Clinician would be able to build a client caseload   with the desired amount of hours with little  effort.  Check out our website at 

We have two full time and one part time therapist on staff  in the office who provide a mix of in-person and telehealth treatment. Our agency also provides clients in need of additional supports the in-person services  of  case management, peer and youth  supports,  community based rehab  and respite to families with children with SED to enhance treatment and outcomes.  

Our wonderfully supportive administrative staff will handle all billing, assisting clients with technology, intake paperwork and  credentialing therapists  with all of the various insurances that we are  an approved provider for.  We are credentialed with Medicaid, Medicare and most insurances and EAP’s available  in our area. 

Clients  will attend appointments in the office through a secure video network in a private office.  Clinicians would be responsible for providing available times to admin staff for scheduling, completing progress note documentation and assessments, treatment plans and reviews  in a timely manner and providing oversight supervision for any recommended support services.  Supervision of support staff is done weekly by Clinicians and Clinical staffing between licensed professionals is conducted once per month. This independent contract alleviates all of the administrative stress of  dealing with billing, rules and payers and allows clinicians to focus on good treatment instead of regulatory compliance and administrative work.

Respite Worker

Respite worker to work with children with severe emotional disturbance in groups of up to four at one time providing supervision, guidance and activities in order for families and caregivers to receive a break.  Hours are flexible  after school and on Fridays and during school breaks (Summer, Christmas and Spring Break) Groups last generally 2-3 hours.  Children may range in age from 4-16. Applicants  must pass a criminal history background check, be 18 years of age or older  with a high school diploma or equivalent  and must be patient, kind and enjoy working with children.  Excellent Behavioral training for managing challenging behaviors in children is  provided.
